In today meditative writing exercise, you are going to spend 15 minutes having some fun exploring wild and crazy ideas. I put this exercise prompt together so you can continue to feel comfortable with free writing.
This exercise encourages you to let go of normal and explore the part of you that makes you special and unique!
Before you begin writing, give yourself a few minutes to align your mind to meditative writing. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths for a few minutes, making the intention to open your mind and observe your thoughts.
You may express yourself as you wish, writing, drawing, doodling. Just write down what you observe in your mind.
