When you can, do this exercise with your children in the beginning and allow them to have fun with this activity.
With practice, children will develop stillness in time. But for now, It’s ok if they laugh, giggle, or be a little silly. This activity is meant to be fun. Children are naturally playful, and this exercise uses their playful nature to teach them mindfulness.
