35 Minute Schumann Resonance Meditation - Meditate With The Earth's Heartbeat - Schumann Resonance 7.83-Hz Brainwave Entrainment Meditation
>> Feel the Earth's Ohm with Schumann Resonance Sub-Delta (0 - 1 Hz) frequencies.
Sub-Delta frequencies are believed to have a soothing and healing effect on the limbic system. The amygdala and hypothalamus operate at delta frequencies. Perhaps this is a reason why delta frequencies can be so helpful with conditions involving chronic pain, such as fibromyalgia.
Sub-delta frequencies may help to relieve chronic aches and pains. The Schumann Resonance vibrates at 7.83 Hz, and it is often said to be the heartbeat of the earth.
Scientific studies suggest that meditating to 7.83 Hz can have a positive effect on one's physical and psychological health. Laboratory research has shown that exposing living cells to the Schumann Resonance had the effect of increasing their immune protection.
Additional studies with Zen meditators also suggested that stimulating the mind at the Schumann frequency results in more blood flow in the brain than any other frequency.
By entraining the brain to 7.83 Hz we return to a state of resonance or attunement with the planet’s magnetic frequency. This experience has many possible benefits which include enhanced reading/learning, rejuvenation, balance, and grounding. Other advantages include ESP activation, anti-jetlag, anti-mind control and improved stress tolerance.
Use this session in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction, in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and allow yourself to let go and relax.
You can listen to this session with or without headphones. If you are in a noisy environment, it is recommended to use headphones.
Note: Brainwave entrainment is not a substitute for medical counseling. If you have any concerns regarding your health, please see your medical doctor or naturopath.
