7 TIPS FOR BETTER SLEEP
1. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day.
2. Create a comfortable sleep environment.
2. Avoid caffeinated drinks after 2 pm.
3. Limit naps during the day.
4. Exercise regularly (but avoid exercising 3 hours of going to bed)
5. Avoid eating and drinking right before bed.
6 Give your mind and body wind downtime (yoga, meditation, easy reading)
7. Dim the lights or use an eye mask.
