Self-hypnosis is a powerful tool for reaching your goals and finding success in your life.

That’s because, hypnosis works by tapping directly into the subconscious mind, removing negative beliefs, and programming in new ideas and suggestions that enable you to find success in anything you want in life.

To maximize the effectiveness of your self-hypnosis sessions, here are a few things to keep in mind.

Focus on what you want

The subconscious mind accepts what you focus on, so focus on what you want.

For example, if you don’t want illness focus on perfect health. If you don’t want debt, focus on wealth and abundance. If you don’t wish stress in your life, focus on peace and relaxation.

The real power of self-hypnosis is in focusing on what you want.

Use Your Imagination

Once you know what you want, use the power of your imagination to see, hear, and feel yourself already having what you want.

Your subconscious can accept what you imagine as reality, helping you reach your goals. That’s why your imagination is a powerful tool to manifesting your dreams.

Watch Out For Fears and Obstacles

The more you are willing to expose and conquer your fears, the closer you get to achieving your goals.

Self-hypnosis is like maintaining a garden. You plant suggestions deep in mind, like seeds, to realize a dream. But planting seeds isn’t enough to grow and keep a beautiful garden. You also have to pull weeds and protect the garden from the elements.

A quick way to expose and conquer your fears:

  1. Take out a sheet of paper. Fold in half creating two columns.
  2. Title the first column ‘My fears’ and list all the fears and obstacles related to your goal. Be as honest as you can. Remember, we are pulling weeds!
  3. Title column two, ‘My Truth’ and create a positive affirmation for each of the fear in column one.
  4. Tear the page on the fold, crumpling up and tossing away ‘My Fears.’
  5. Hold on and keep ‘My Truth’ and recite the affirmations to yourself daily. Remember to use your imagination as you repeat the affirmations, so your subconscious accepts them as truth.

Trust Yourself

Trust in yourself, in the power of your mind, your Higher Self (pick the term you prefer), God (higher power), that you will reach your goal and manifest your dreams into reality.

Have you ever thought about something for a brief moment, and then later on in the day, what you thought up showed in one way or the other?

Whether you realize it or not, your subconscious mind was able to create that experience in your life for you and manifested your thought into your reality.

But then when you have a goal that you want and fixate on it, it fails to materialize no matter how much you think about it. That’s because the conscious mind can sabotage your desired outcome. Consciously fixating on a goal is like putting blinders on, prevents the subconscious from finding opportunities to move forward towards your goal.

Whatever your goals are wealth, health, or prosperity, put faith and trust in the process and then let it be. Trust that you instinctively know what needs be done and how to get to where you want to go.

Believe in yourself and your abilities. Know that you, your Higher Self, God (Higher Power), are working to help you manifest the best for you.

    You do great work I’m sure you check these so I have an inquiry. I started waking up 2 1/2 years ago. It’s been tough and beautiful The thing is I have very little direction. I met one person like me 2 months ago. Other than this I havent met anyone awakened This is on me cause of a social fear I’m working on. Anyhoo, con you email me if you offer personal services of any kind. Also have you thought of doing morphic frequencies. Its buzzing around a good but. YouTube only has one person doin morphic fields Anyhoo. Take care hope I here from you. If not it’s totally fine 🙂
