I wanted to make a short video and introduce the meditation I published earlier today. I thought that explaining the ‘big idea’ behind my sessions that you would understand what each session was about and maybe get more benefit from the sessions you listen to.
Today I share with you the idea behind the meditation ‘Reflections’ and how I wrote it for some of you who may be struggling and finding a way to find balance and stability in a world that seems to be overloading you with stress.
