‘Release The Pressure’ is a guided meditation to release all the pressure and so you feel rested and relaxed.
– What is Pressure?
Pressure is a form of pent-up stress and it builds up little by little. It starts with little stresses from work, school, or thoughts and inner mind chatter.
At first, it may not be noticeable. But after a while, all that you keep bottled up eventually strain your body, mind, and spirit.
– Breathe easier, let go, and release the pressure
For best results, listen to this meditation in a quiet setting where you can relax free of distraction. If you are new to meditation, you may want to keep the volume low until you are used to meditating.
