What’s the difference between Meditation and Self-Hypnosis?
Both meditations and self-hypnosis are hypnotic in nature. The main difference is that hypnosis allows you to resolve, remove, and reframe blocks holding you back and keeping you from moving forward. Self-hypnosis allows you to reprogram old beliefs from the subconscious mind and replaces them with new, better, thoughts and beliefs.
Meditation, on the other hand, is primarily for self-awareness and mindfulness.
Should I order Meditation or A Hypnosis Session?
If you are looking to simply improve overall wellbeing and self-awareness, then a custom meditation might be right for you. If you are looking to remove a block, obstacle, fear, negative thought/feeling, or habit from your mind, then you will want to order a custom self-hypnosis session.
How long will it take for my session to be completed?
