Frequently Asked Questions:

How long are the recorded meditations?

At this time I do not have a time limit in place on the meditations.  On average most meditations run 20+ minutes long.  Some clients request a 5 or 10-minute silent meditation in their session which can extend the length of the meditation.

What’s the difference between Meditation or Hypnosis? 

Both meditations and self-hypnosis are hypnotic in nature.  The main difference is that meditation is for self-awareness while self-hypnosis works to eliminate and/or remove existing programming from the subconscious mind.

Should I order a Meditation or A Hypnosis Session?

If you are looking to simply improve overall wellbeing and self-awareness, then a custom meditation might be right for you.  If you are looking to remove a block, obstacle, fear, negative thought/feeling, or habit from your mind, then you will want to order a custom self-hypnosis session.
