4. Go on a Gratitude Walk

Going out for a gratitude walk allows you to become aware of the wonderful world you live.  Notice the smell of flowers, a
beautiful flower, kindness of people, or a soothing breeze.  It is amazing how wonderful life is when you become aware of all that is around you.

Spend a few minutes every day focusing what you experience with your senses (sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch).  Open your mind and find new things you may not have noticed before.  After you read this article, go outside,  stand in silence, look up at the sky,  and marvel  at how truly amazing everything in your life really is.
