Mindfulness is a state of being. When you are mindful, it means that you are entirely aware of what you are doing at the present moment, fully engaged at the moment, and can observe the situations in and around you without judgment or expectation.
Practicing mindfulness is heals the body, awakens the mind and heart, and liberates the spirit. When you are mindful, you can remain present and calm during any situation, without making judgments, react with emotion. As a result, mindfulness improves our ability to respond to what is happening to us at the present moment clearly and calmly. As we become more present in our lives, we can control our emotions and overcome fears, challenges, and obstacles. We can make better decisions and take better actions as we move forward in our lives.
The benefits of mindfulness are too many to mention here. Researchers reviewed over 200 studies and found that mindfulness practice can reduce stress, calm anxiety, and manage depression. Overall, being more mindful improves your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and dramatically improves your quality of life.
Practicing daily mindfulness lets you live with clear intention, greater purpose, and peace of mind. Mindfulness can include any activity that allows you to focus on the present moment: Slowing down, journaling, meditation, visualization, hypnosis, breathing exercises, and journaling are a few ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.

Meditation is an activity that leads one to a heightened state of awareness and a deep level of focus. There are many different forms of meditation, including quiet meditation, mindful meditation, guided meditation, guided imagery meditation, and more. Meditation can lead to increased self-awareness, promote inner awakening and wellbeing.
Hypnosis is a trance-like mental state where you may experience increased attention, concentration, and heightened suggestibility. Hypnosis is similar to meditation in that both activities can induce a trance-like state. However, unlike meditation, hypnosis is an activity used for achieving a specific goal, such as stopping a habit, releasing a fear, or feeling more confident.
